At Gold Ray Lighting, we use the best-in-market raw materials, resulting in an exceptionally low product failure rate. Our luxury fan is backed by a 2-year warranty on the motor and a 2-year warranty on the LED.

Not Covered Under Warranty: Physical damage or damage caused by high voltage.

Damage and Returns

Gold Ray Lighting products are eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery in the rare event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item being delivered.

Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including the branded outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pickup.

We may reach out to assess the damage or defect before processing a replacement.

Please note: All Gold Ray Lighting products are non-refundable under any circumstances.
